1:1 - there's only 2 of us! Hold on, you say not teaching? The NM is IT teacher - does that make it 1:0 (F:M)?!

Oh, I meant to say: closest approximation applies

edit: ohhh, why did I even think this was going to be simple?

I am my own department so a ratio seems to be an overcomplecated metric in my case, and what if I refuse to grow up?

    I participated anyway.

Three of us in IT Support: 2 male: 1 female.

For a long time it was 1:1.

    All non-teaching.

4 chaps here, no lassies. Shame, really. Could do with a woman in the dept if only to help cut down on the burping and parping

    /slightly sexist remark.

Currently employed in my dept, it's all male. However the previous IT manager was female (she left and I was promoted), we also have a female vounteer, but as she not employed I haven't counted her in the poll.

No teaching staff in my dept (use to be), however we do have strong links with the ICT academic dept

All women But then there's only me. As a school we have men in 2 full-time posts and 2 part-time posts, so men are rather outnumbered.

2 of us are old f*rts (we've both worked with paper tape and in lucid moments remember the good old days of IT...?)
