I'm glad it's Friday but what makes today even better is that it's pay day

Agreed, Christmas usually tends to take it's toll into February.

I sympathise totally!! I spent 3 years in agony with a slipped disc...not bad enough for surgery but bad enought to cause alot of pain!! 2 lots of cortisone injections in the spine helped alot! best thing I did was go to see a sports therapist who had be off pain killers within a month!!

Sorry to hear about your back, but why worry about OFSTED?

I just don't subscribe to the mass panic that goes on when this sort of stuff happens. Schools should be run properly, all of the time, not just when OFSTED are around.

    bah!

Similarly when I injured my back, except I went and saw a reflexologist. I swear by it as he achieved what no physiotherapist (or other therapist for that matter) did.

Been having terrible problems with my elbow joint these past couple of years after lifting some heavy shite at the school here.

Six sessions of reflexology and I can now lift a pint without my arm giving way!
