HP response to a technical question

I asked HP last week on how i register the key for an iLO on a server as the key provided did not work. I emaile the address as per instructions on the registratio pack.

I thought I may have done something incorrect or missed something, this was thier response:

    HTML Code:
    Hi,

unfortunately, we are not technical at all here in our center.

If you need further assistance with the installation itself, you will need to contact TechSupport.

    Thanks in advance,

    HP Technical Support UK

I know HP Service has been lacking a bit but
    HTML Code:
not technical at all here in our center
?? well thats just taking the mik!!

Looks like someont was made redundant and couldn't be bothered to answer your query professionally.

    Still, very funny!
