    Staying upright on icy roads - some good advice. [ Felt my rear wobble a few times on the way in today - may actually break the habit of a lifetime and use the car in the morning if the roads are still bad near me ]

    Keep an eye on these. The weather does not look too good after mid-day tomorrow according to the forecast I have just seen on the BBC.

    Some of the roads up here are like skating rinks tonight. Looks like the council is only gritting the major roads as usual.

    what's worse is that i am meant to be camping with the scout group i help out at this weekend. The backup plan of a building is starting to sound good right about now.
