HP - tight buggers

Just replaced a toner for a P2035 and they have stopped putting the return labels in the box, spent 5 minutes looking through their website to print one off and it doesn't list the printer...

Strange how they brag about recycling but they have made it more difficult to return them, had to order a box for them that holds 20...

Bit odd is that, considering they recycle them with new toner and re-send out as new units, saving them masses of money.

Perhaps those toners aren't profitable for them any more :O
