Get her a kennel. At least you'll have somewhere to sleep if she gets the hump

Maybe take her up to Edinbourgh/Dublin over new year? I hear they are supposed to be the best places in the UK for new year merryness.

Ironing Board? Kitchen Sink? New Cooker? I'm hopless at shopping for women, my sisters got clothes vouchers (She's a uni student so I'm sure they will be very much appreciated) and my mums got a cook book and, if it arrives from Germany in time, some Swarovski Crystal as she collects it.

And in return, you'll get a nice slap. We all know what women truly want is a washing machine, not an ironing board, sink or cooker.

I once got my mum some fairy liquid for mothers day.... didn't go down too well, my dad made me wash up for a month... I should have got the cheap stuff, then it would not have lasted as long

I like my face so I shall pass cheers

Have you any idea how COLD it will be there at this time of year? It was bone numbing when I went at Oct 1/2 term 6 years ago.

I'd go for the frilly undies and an iron.

    Bring on the ironing meme!

Oh Lord! I thought we'd managed to loose this train of Edugeek, then again Tony is away at present so it may sneak past un-noticed.......
