    Hi laserblazer,

    Unfortunately, it isnt simply a Micro SD card reader. It is a game cartridge that has a ROM on it that allows the loading of games from the SD card.

    Its probably not going to be a great help to you, but their is a stall at our local market that sells them for a tenner. Otherwise, I guess anywhere on the internet that sells console mod chips could sort you out.

    Never brought an R4 but they sell them here. I go the way of a M3i Zero with M3 Sakura loaded
    One thing I will say is watch out for fakes there is a lot about.

    Also be careful if you've bought a new DSi - there are versions that work on it (presumably the R4i) but you cant just go and buy any version and expect it to work
