    You of course cited yourself as a good example??

    Seriously, if anyone asked me that question, I'd answer rhetorically, "what qualities would you look for in deciding what makes a good IT Technician?", based on the fact you would perhaps be bias in your answer.

    I know you should never answer a question with a question, but if they don't see the qualities in you/me that they consider makes a good IT Technician, then I'd be quite miffed.

    I'd not ask a teacher what makes a good teacher because it implies that they perhaps aren't a good teacher as their qualities as a teacher don't make it obvious what a good one is.

    I hope that makes sense?

    The ability to memorise all answers to every question you will ever be asked including but not limited to usernames, passwords, encryption keys, folder & file locations..... the list goes on!!
