We sent one of these out to Portugal for my grandaughter's birthday. My daughter has been playing around and managed to copy across a dvd but now she is struggling. Presumably, there is some tool that converts from MPEG2 to MP4. As I haven't a clue what she is doing or how it works, does anyone know this model and can help?
