I have experimented with several JPGs and I have managed to extract satisfactory results from some of the pictures. The results seem to depend upon the original image quality [to be expected], how big the font is and how 'fancy' it is [very elaborate fonts or pictures where are objects are used to form the words are unlikely to be successful: Earlier I experimented with a picture where the words were formed from the image of a hedge: Not a single word was extracted from the picture]

I have wanted just such a utility in the past and just thought that others might find it of use occasionally.

With the following results:

I do not believe that the image quality was a factor in the non-recognition of some of the words as 'Dictionary words' etc were converted perfectly.
