hp printer installation disc
Good morning all, another monday morning
Am after a HP or similiar installation disc whereby when you run the setup exe or msi it prompts you with a wizard type interface and prompts you about whether its a network printer or local and then if its network you get the choice of getting the wizard to enumerate any HP devices or assigning a static / manual ip address to the device via its mac address ( which you all know you get from the config page / test page ) and it will assign that address to the printer via its mac address.
Can anyone either send me a copy of a disc that does this or make an iso of it for me to download from anywhere ?

Looks like somebody set a static IP and forgot what it was
Just use the arp command to set a static entry in your arp table, e.g.
You'll then be able to get into the web interface via the IP that you set above and sort your problem.
arp -s 188.8.131.52 00-aa-bb-cc-11-22
