We've done similar but during school hours! In our case we pre-prepared images and set up everything serverside as much as we could in advance (Including imaging machines in advance!), then three of us blitzed two rooms in the space of 2 spare periods. Made it JUST in time for the next lesson!!

We did a whole suite within 6 hours (32 clients) from start to finish (unwrapping to building stations onto network) manic but had to be done during a working day.

We did 96 in 8 hours yesterday, friday and sat was time i spent bulding the image (30gb!)
