Today, our specially ordered long cables arrived for our new server. This means I have just moved our new server and autoloader into the server room and out of our office.

Reasons I am happy:

1) It's oh so quiet now - eery!
2) It's no cooler yet, but I have a feeling it will be tomorrow
3) The server is now in its final resting place, nicely cooled by the server room AC

Bye bye new server, I'll see you sometime soon...
