big slices of mozarella with cherry tomatoes in a baguette, plenty of black pepper. Whack in some curly fries from the hot food ready-to-go shelf.
I like variation...
Subway Veggie Patty footlong with everything on it and mayo is one of my favourites. Co-op's ploughmans with plum chutney is also very good. But for a warm sandwich - it has to be a vegetarian TLT (Tofu (soaked in soy sauce for a short while, then fried), lettuce and tomato with garlic mayo, on a wholemeal bun).
home made would have to be a french stick / baguette type roll ( I normally use ciabatta )
Brie ( or something similiar cheese wise that melts really good )
Avacado with some salt and peper
Put all of the above into the Roll of choice that has been heated in the oven to make the roll warm and soft and bone appetite
Ooh, forgot to add 'Brie, tomato and spinach on a semi-soft white baguette, from Upper Crust at Birmingham New Street station'. Delicious.
