    I would have said a couple that have already been mentioned, so I'll say my Leatherman Charge with bit-pack & driver extender... Never needed anything else since I got it... Not cheap, but worth every penny!

    Trinity rescue disc ( like bart pe or windows pe but on a linux distro and free which is always a good thing )

    That or no end users, as no end users means nothing daft involved and no interruptions
