    Capturing streamed .swf content

    Can anyone recommend a free utility for grabbing streamed .swf content off a webpage? I've been using CamStudio for some time but want something that captures at better quality.

    DownloadHelper plugin for Firefox? Depends how it's streamed, but seems to work for most things.
