Choice is the reason we are all different!
Before I purchased it I had the choice of a desktop either built by myself or dell or hp or whoever speced out or an apple mac pro ( tower with hard drive sleds etc )

After a lot of deliberating and going on reviews etc I went with the mac pro so I did have a choice and I chose

    So...Windows?

I have to say I see Macs in pretty much the same way as I view designer clothes - more fashion than function.

I don't want windows - no journaled filing system ( unless they changed that in win 7 ? ) , eye candy is copied from apple and I can still run windows 7 and linux anyways without faffing about with project 86 but I choose not to

OSX has a very good command line. When I use macs the first place i go is the shell - as it's the same system as other nix's so I don't need to learn their gui

I love the way this started as a joke on Microsoft's behalf and has turned into a Microsoft vs Apple slanging match :-)
