    ok, i think you might be their a while so i have attached the answer here!

    "Clicking the default Programs link from the start menu opens the Default programs control panel and provides administrators the ability to specigy default programs for certain activites,...."

    lol I started reading the list of services and then thought hold on I will be here for ever trying to do that so started reading the description as I figured you would of high lighted the specific service and buda bing buda boom - specigy is there

    at least you dont have to enable something to disable it or vice versa like some policy settings

    English, Grammar etc is not my strong points so there and their etc I never remember so possibly a doh moment lol

    The above spelling mistake where I high lighted it in bold is an intentional mistake
