I couldn't hear anything (no speakers) but given her overall visual enthusiasm (made up?) I thought the same.

Looks like it was shot in 16:9 and encoded to 4:3. It's tough at the best of times but when the interviewer is struggling it makes it even more difficult. I thought you did pretty well under the circumstances Russ.

But remember these are two 12 year olds who had prep questions for someone who had product. Then along comes no product as such but a service poor lasses where thrown in deep end.
