One of the maths' teachers has just dropped this on my desk for fixing his Mum's PC
i really don't understand why some people complain about them ...
so what goodies do you get from them?

I don't know about you but when I take payment for fixing somebody elses machine I always feel liable for returning to fix problems which occur after I've been, even if they're totally unrelated to the original problem, and as such I rarely agree to do it now for people I don't know as I am not man enough to turn round and ask for more money etc.
haha, we got a few few boxes/tins of sweets last year for our hard work which was very nice!
I do like how your screen shot shows off your lovely imac and the fact youre on facebook :P
Our deputy head, history teacher and maths teacher bring in various bottles of alcohol for me of the single malt variety.
Our geography teacher is indian, so she cooks me some lovely dinner when I fix her home PC. Its great stuff too!
If it's booze in payment then it has to be a bottle of JD I'm afraid.
Though I did once get a bottle of this from a very grateful Scottish colleague once! (they had dropped their daughter's laptop down the stairs and her dissertation was on it!). Very nice it was too!

Check the seal on the bottle and smell it before drinking - if it's anything like the PCs I get brought in by staff it's likely to have something nasty in it...
