Ergo Support - going downhill?
Is anyone experiencing difficulties with ERGO support - for a while now we have noticed that the level of support has slipped specifically in the following areas:
Emails: no response to emails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
Phone calls: Never get to speak to a technician, as all on other calls and will "call you back" - Although they aren't calling back!
Outstanding calls: Not being resolved before being closed off by Ergo
Faulty Hardware - Now moved to a 3rd party (pge aftercare) who are not exactly rapid at turning kit around.
Previously we had a good working relationship with Ergo, but it seems that several of the key support team have moved on.
Is this just us, or are others experiencing similar (good or bad?).

I just had to ring them to get the serial number for one of my laptops and got to speak to someone in support in about 30 seconds so no probs for me.
Just thought I'd add something positive.
