Hello all.
Well can anyone beat this ?.
On my home BT dialup just had a 12Kbps connection (9Kbps was my lowest last year).
So what I do is disconnect then reconnect 24 the did same 36 once more 45.2Kbps and that's about the best we get 3 miles from the exchange.
From Michael.

I've got a modem kicking around thats seriously slow somewhere (less than 33.6k), it actually takes a good 3-5 minutes to load the google homepage on it. No idea how fast it actually is, but it probably beats your lo-score :P
Not that I ever use that old hunkajunk anymore...

Not everywhere has broadband as yet remember, a friend of mine who lives near Oswestry can't get it, and apparently the whole of Milton Keynes has low quality aluminium telephone cabling, thus can't get ADSL.
