    I lived next to it for 5 years. Never saw the fun in getting up at 3am to see the sunrise. Mind you, new theories suggest that the actual event was at sunset!

    Sunset on the winter solstice when they were over the hump and every day would be a tad longer.

    No - but I did used to go to the free festivals - back in the late 70s & early 80s - good fun....what I can remember of it...
