Then you shout at the thing "I AM THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR AND I HAVE NO MORE INFORMATION"

I wish the messages would give proper details of what is happening!!!!

No, I hate it on website when they obviously mean to contact the person who runs the site or webhost. The amount of teachers that knock on my door and say "well it said ask the systems administrator" like I can fix a faulty server somewhere in Fuji - Grrrrr.
