We've all had it. A fault has appeared on a machine/projector/IWN, whatever, and the person reporting it is adamant that it hasn't been touched. The fault is usually something that the average year 7 kid could fix without looking up from his playstation, so what do you put in the call log?
A couple of my favourites are.....
PEBCAK
There was an issue with some of the digits in the bio/hardware interface
The second one once got me a pat on the back from the dept. head after I 'fixed' his wireless connection problem on his laptop (I turned the wireless switch back on)
