You can generally read this info using WMI. The Microsoft Scriptomatic tool will write scripts for you to get this (and much, much more info)

If you're interested in scripting then this is a really good way to get a start with some useful sample scripts.

If your just after the MB information you could use this VBS + WMI script that will give you that info and more in a nice saveable web page, code included:
CodeProject: WMI Hardware/Software Enumeration Script. Free source code and programming help

This information must not have been programmed in by your supplier, you can in most cases however write this information in yourself for each device to make it easier to do asset checking and computer specific installs. Check out my edugeek blog posting on doing this: The DMI Discontinuity and the Perils of Brand X Computing

Edit, just re reas and understood propperly, try looking under the bios section of these tools as this can often contain information about the specific board which is very rarely tampered with by the OEM.

Sounds like an AMD Foxconn board, is there no model number on the board?

Try looking at these here to see if you can find a match Foxconn - Products: Motherboard
