    Firefox Permatab

I was just thinking - I need some method of getting firefox to open up with some standard tabs open (BBC News, Facebook and Edugeek in my case) and I found PermaTab.

Seems to be ideal for the job

    regards

    Simon

You can also modify a shortcut to include URLs as parameters:

    Code:
    "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" "http://mail.google.com/" "http://www.edugeek.net/"

And if you have some tabs open and need to close firefox for some reason (bedtime, for example) Ctrl-Q will give you the option to save them, and will restore them on the next start.

You don't need an extension just put this as your homepage! Firefox can have multiple tabs as your homepage(s)

    Code:
    http://www.edugeek.net/|http://news.bbc.co.uk/|http://www.facebook.com
