IT Posters - as in the paper kind!

Does anyone know where I can source a load of freebie posters to decorate our room? (for that read 'cover up the manky walls)

I've tried Googling but to no avail - has anyone sourced any recently?

Hrm, feign interest in some companies that sell you stuff, they usually have some freebie posters etc to give out.

That plan works if you don't mind them pestering you afterwards!

Not free but I always use http://www.daydreameducation.co.uk/p...1&subject=1024 £3 each is worthwhile I think...
Also got some free from http://www.childnet-int.org/order/ although looks like they're charging a £1 now but good for covering your back and saying 'we did warn you'!

I was thinking the exact same thing over the weekend! We're just moving rooms and moved a notice board to uncover the yukkiest pink bit of wall you've ever seen. Couldn't find much on Google, but ordered some, as Russ suggests, from Viglen. Thought BECTA might have some amongst all the publications you can order from them. Doesn't appear so - or maybe I just can't find them

I use Viglen posters, Fluke Networks have some sometimes, but better suited for A level rooms than primary schools as VPNs and VLANS aint on the KS1 silabus for IT I don't think yet!

You can always shoot over to http://demotivators.com/ and order some. If you have to pay for the things, they may as well be pleasent and humerous

Quite often universities will have posters about the courses they are running. We have some from Heriot Watt Uni about there BSc in Computer Science. We also have some from Bradford Uni.

Sounds like a perfect reason to get your school to send you to BETT 09!

You've got to admit, most ICT subject posters suck - most wind up looking out-of-date and clunky very quickly. Making some decent ones is on my summer to-do list, although I can't see myself actually having time to get around to it.
