I must add, that Ive done a LOT of internal work on the phone system to optimize the speeds. At first I was only getting ~ 10mb.

How have you got that upload? I thought the 10Mb lines only had a 512k upload, and the 768k was for the 20Mb lines? Has there been an increase that I don't know of?
