    Tired!!

Anyone know any good tips on how to stay awake?? I have already had 2 cans of red bull and 2 pro plus not doing anything!

I had 2 hours of sleep last night!! Note to self don't go clubbing mid week!!

Still got my face covered in UV make up as it was a UV rave! I walked into a classroom earlier to fix sound on whiteboard machine and it was dark and the teacher said "have a good UV party last night?" cue me "how do you know..." them "I can still say the make up on your face!" Whoops thought i washed it all of but obviously not!!

Probably not best answer, but the best cure is to take 10 mins somewhere quite and have a quick nap if possible. Make you feel lots better........... or run nudey across the field in the cold.

+1. A ten minute powernap solves lots of things (also, sleeping more at night might help, but I guess you've worked that out already )

Not that I'm recommending you follow what I do, but I like sudafed non-drowsy. Caffine just doesn't work for me but a couple of those little babies and I'm fine.

"pseudoephedrine" is the active ingredient to look for and it mimics the action of adrenaline.

Note : No drugs should be taken without first consulting with a qualified person, speak to your doctor or your pharmacist. I am not suggesting you try this course of action, just saying it works for me.

Best way to stay awake in work is not to go clubbing till 3am

Unfortunately for me - I'm so old now that if I did go clubbing mid week I probably wouldnt make it in to work for several days

Feeling a bit more awake now went and talked to a nice female teacher .

I'm normally ok after going clubbing mid week but I was drinking vodka red bull and the red bull kept me awake. I can normally easily survive on 5 hours sleep.

5 hours is a luxury, average 3 hours every night if I'm lucky!

I find lots of strong coffee and sweet things are good, oh and lucozade works well to keep me awake at times of need

    Oh and not clubbing mid-week

You'll have built up a tolerance to caffeine so that will not keep you awake unless you lay off it for a while.

Staying up all night and taking pseudo-ephedrine the next day is NOT healthy. (but hey your only young once)
