    I don't want to slag them off too much but I don't like this company!

    Our Avaya telephone system is maintained through ATC and it's a nightmare. The SLA is rubbish, the contract is expensive and the sales/accounts teams are terrible. The only reason that we still use them is because of the complex tie in that our old business manager did.

    ATC started buying out loads of little companies a couple of years ago and since then have steadily been getting worse. IMHO they couldn't organise a certain type of party in a brewery!
