    Have to admit on the data recovery prices i just put anything down, what would you suggest?

    As data recovery is a specialist area unless you have the expertise I'd leave that side of things to the specialist firms, others may disagree.

    It depends on the software you are using as well.

    generally it looks really nice. not much in the way of pictures and lots of text. Imagine your granny reading your site, how long before she's bored,distracted,confused!? I severly doubt many people really know the difference between viruses and spyware.

    I'd say your prices needs massively simplifying. it would be more understandable to charge fewer, perhaps higher prices, that cover more options.

    Its a noble policy to have flat rate fees, especially with computers that often take longer than you imagined and you should totally over promote this given lots of other organisations charge by the hour. with big letters lol your header should practicaly startwith no fix no fee in big letters, then have your organisation name.

    and perhaps even with intro copy along the same lines. paint a picture of high price support and then how you're the answer.

    statements like "if any repairs will take any longer than an hour we will let you know before we start." doesnt entirely make sense since you're not promoting a 'we can fix anything in an hour' or costs / hour.
