I'm not quite sure if this is the correct area to be posting this, but does anyone know what might be wrong with a Fuji Xerox Document Center c450. When you turn it on the little touch screen doesn't turn on and the interrupt light just flashes green but it does sound the rest of it is turning on (paper tray raising).

I would call someone out to look at it but its privately owned and it's like $600 to get someone out and that would be quite expensive if its just something silly. I've tried google but my skills appear to be failing me this time.
