Nah! People sleep less as they get older! I think we get out of the habit of lie-ins when we have kids
Anyway there's nothing like being wide awake and bright and breezy when you have teenagers in the house!

I'm a teenager still in sleep patterns, when I can sleep, its sleep starts around 2/3am and up time is dinner time
