    Unpaid overtime

    BBC NEWS | Business | Downturn 'fuels unpaid overtime'

    The recession results in more unpaid overtime, say the TUC.

    I imagine there's quite a few people here who put in extra and get nothing in return, though to an extent schools are probably less affected than the private sector. (Doesn't stop SMT "not having money" for extra hours though...)
