Tell you what, I've gone through 7 bottles of wine [ on my own as the missus does not drink wine ] - in the last 5 days - this is not good for a number of reasons, the main one being I only have 3 bottles left and one of those is a french red which will taste of pi55. [ Can't stand french reds ]
Looks like I'm off to go shopping tomorrow.....

I spent £450 yesterday in Woolworths - mainly buying fixtures and fittings. Wife thought I was mad but she's happy now as it's all on eBay and some of it is doing very well on Buy it Now. I'm going to spend most of the profit on booze. But not French wine - hate it.

    Love it!

If you hurry you may be able to buy some store fittings.

I'd buy the local store for £5, the shelves are so mangled and papped up there not worth £5 in my local one, but must admit some would be good for garage storage

One of our local stores was ony refurbed this year so that's where I went and made them an offer for a load of the fixtures and fittings. I even got one of the anti-shoplift door alarm detector systems!

nice one, talk about great resale value, may be tempted to pop to a further afield one at the weekend then and see if I can make an offer as there must be some retail value in some of the stuff. The security stuff will probably be Pleskon based they seem to make a large amount of the kit in Woolys around here so may be able to be re-used for librarys and stuff as well as shops. I'd personally go for the Till system, the local one has some very new Wincor Nixdorf tills which are prob worth a good few quid still on eBay
