I got this flier through the post today:

It seems to offer a magazine templates, forums, a social network site, pupil portal etc free of charge.

It must have some credibility as it is backed by quite a few celebrities and was formally announced by Jacqui Smith.

I don't think its something we will use - but someone may find it useful.
