I had Christmas dinner here once; I now refuse on Health & Safety grounds.

Without a doubt, it was the worst meal I have ever had in my life.

Just finished mine as well. Sausage wrapped in bacon, two slices of moist turkey, roast potatoes, carrots, peas, stuffing balls and a big ladle of gravy. This was followed by a good sized bowl or Christmas Trifle and a glass of squash.

To top it off it was FREE!!!

Now trying to stay awake back in my cosy office. Might look bad if the NM and his two techs are snoring if someone pops in.

We've got ours next week - usually pretty decent. We gotta pay for it though - and it's more expensive than normal! We've been told we have to sit with the kids too. Some staff usually go to the staff room but they've been asked not to.

    ours is next wednesday.

I am gonna opt for it now our kitchen staff are a 3rd part company (though it is still the same cooks as before).

No idea how much it will cost...probably about £3.00 or something silly as we don't get our meals free

We pay for ours but I do it as think it is good on so many levels.

Also staff will help serve as well you know the old master serving the servant etc..

Kids and staff all love it..

We had ours yesterday. Excellent food!

We have 2 sittings. First sitting for toddlers to Year 3 and their teachers waited on by Junior staff, second sitting for Years 4 to 6 plus their teachers waited on by Infant staff. Admin and other staff are designated as either Infant or Junior for the purpose of serving and eating... I was with the Junior teachers and sat on table of Year 6s.

We had a lovely time. I really look forward to it each year.
