I'll be in monday as we're having a total power shutdown and it's the first in here, so we want to be sure the BMS/Servers/UPS/windows/roof/theatre control/AVID suite/AMX come back online afterwards.

That apart, I intend to use some holiday (not taken any this year except for 8 days paternity extension) and try to stay off until the 4th to spend it with the missus and my 5 week old.

That still leaves me plenty for easter, and some for the 6 week break (which I'll be in for quite a bit anyway).

    Yep in next week.

    Jobs include:
    1) Moving server out of my office and back into cabinet.
    2) Upgrading all IWB to latest version of SMART software
    3) Updating the inventory
    4) Cleaning my office (its a tip)

but most importantly: Connecting my Wii up to Hall projector, strapping on my Guitar Hero controller and Rocking Out!

  6. Thanks to sparkeh from:

No like option so will have to go with the thanks

Thinking back to the hall install that's going on, might just have to bring the 360 in with Guitar Hero. Purely for testing purposes of course

Coming in for a day or 2 to tidy up, get my head into gear on a few things. The school in the past has not opened over Xmas holidays at all, but some of the FT admin staff have kicked off as we are made to take it as annual leave and they don't want to.
However, the perk is I will be stuffing myself stupid from the mountain of biscuits & chocolate we have been given by staff this year

I'll probably be a couple of odd days over the break - there's stuff to get done, and the school has better heating than my flat...
