ha! and no James Bond on xmas day as of yet, I have the Radio times (free type one that came with 'the sun' about 3 weeks ago) and most of the programmes are "To be announced", but all the movies were announced and I didn't notice it

So long as 2 out of the 3 following films are on, I'll be happy.

    1) Home Alone (Was on the other night, but I bet it's on again)
    2) Die Hard
    3) Chitty Chitty Bang Bang

It simply isn't Christmas without them. Strange and varied selection of films I know.

    Oh, almost forgot the Snowman.

Wake up nice and early to get the present unwrapping out the way and visit the family. Then as soon as 11 o'clock comes I'm off down the pub with the boys. Home for dinner at 2 and back out afterwards

And don't forget 'The Great Escape' - it's got to be on sometime over the holiday.

Wake up stupidly early, get a drink of tea and skip breakfast. Drive out the city into the countryside to my horses without seeing another car on the road. Enjoy the peace, the world is so different, itís almost like humans have vanished, not a sound. Treat the horses to something and if itís snowing take them for a walk down the road to see all the children open presents. Get home at mid day and get shouted at for taking so long as everyone had to wait before opening any presents.

I aim to please. Might have gone over the heads of some of our younger posters though.

Not that I'm calling myself old at 28.

    badum-tsh!

Bravo Ayatollah, one of the 'Health and safety' inspectors (checking the boilers and pipes) walked past and looked at me like I was a nutter.

Last year hid lots of pressies up the attic. Trying to get them down at about 2 in the morning without making lots of noise was very difficult, scared they'd wake I nearly open a bottle of alcohol after I pulled it off! Think creaking ladder and noisey bags right out in the hall outside their bedrooms
It will be the car boot this year.. still got to watch though their bedroom looks over the drive, should be fasto though (They are 2, 8 and 10 )

A walk is nice xmas morning.. Guess I will be too busy sourcing batteries which remind me need to get some rechargeables in!
