My brother is a student at a local high school. He was telling me today that a teacher wouldn't request help from the IT Support staff because she felt sorry for them. She went on to say she feels sorry for them because other staff members ask stupid questions and waste there time, they have lots to do without these questions.
Probably the only one that understands

It's people who don't report problems that create bigger problems for everyone else.
The less she reports, the more other teachers will whine about how nothing works.
