Looks to be the Primary Capital Programme money which was announced a couple of weeks ago, only change is they want the money spending now rather than in a year or two.

So do the schools get this or the LEA's? If the schools... any ideas how much roughly? I mean is this just like £1k per school or more £30k?

Ignore that... i've just read the page! I've already seen a letter about this. Not specifically for IT!

Another article about the same thing. It looks more for capital spend on building refurbishment, not sure if we would get away with the argument for IT spending.

It also looks as if the money is given to LA's, who will devolve the funds to school projects.
