Default Freeserve/Wanadoo/Orange down?

Is it just me or is pop.freeserve.co.uk:110 or pop.wanadoo.co.uk:110 down?
Also I can't connect to Mobile Phones | Broadband & Mobile Broadband UK Deals | Free Web Email | Orange.co.uk

I can telnet to the freeserve pop server from some IPs/ISPs but not others. This is new and adverse behaviour. I've no idea how to contact anyone sensible in freeserve/orange to get them to fix this.
