    No, not as a one off but once you have the equipment you can save a lot of money. Schools send out huge amounts of printed newsletters, brochures and prospectus information. By sending out CD's instead, the machine will pay for itself in no time and it's good for the environment

    Our School Prospectus from next year will go out as a CD / DVD - partly one of the reasons why I am looking at getting a duplicator.

    Yup, we bought a CD/DVD duplicator/printer machine for this very reason. We wanted to send out 200 cd's once, and it was done by hand. So i suggested that we just get a duplicator and it gets used constantly now.

    Not to mention the fact that it looks very professional when you burn off one disc and put a custom printed top on it with the school logo. Very nice.
