16th November 2008, 11:49 PM #4 I should have explained more. Are they connected to the motherboard? are they IDE drives? if so are they on the same cable? If they are on the same cable is one drive set to slave?

16th November 2008, 11:51 PM #5 Do they appear in the BIOS and Explorer? If they're IDE, have you set them up as master and slave using jumper settings?

17th November 2008, 09:00 AM #10 I don't have that problem anymore - I just have the drive carrier that I screw to the hard drive and slide it in until it clicks as I have a Mac Pro.
So no forgetting of cables etc.
