    Discussion on St Margarets Job Ad.

    ICT Technician: St Margaret Ward Catholic School And Arts College

    This advert is illegal as it breaks the anti age discrimination laws by asking for 21-25.

    The school could and should face prosecution for allowing this to be published

    Actually it looks to me like the 21-25 is part of the pay range description, e.g. pay range 6, spine point 21-25.

    I think you will find that's the point on scale 6 that you are looking at not the age
    ie point 21-25 on scale 6
    A very easy mistake to make
