    Becoming a Trust school...

    Hi All,

    A question for all of you (after a summary of us)...

    We're currently a Specialist School and the head wants us to become a Trust school. I do not mind either way.

    Now my question to those who have become a Trust school (or in the process):

    What companies did you approach?

    Do you know if they are willing to go into partnership with another school?

    Trust schools are very strange you get seperated from the LEA and the Trust (ur new employers) have the power over your pay and conditions.
