    Whos bought a new notebook recently

    Looking for a new notebook approx £1000 with a 13inch screen anyone got a recommendation?

    Macbook. 13" and well within your price range. If you dont like OS X wipe it and install Windows XP or Vista

    If you can handle 12.1" the Tosh Portege M700 range will make you warm and fuzzy.

    We have just bought 2 of theese ... fantastic.... Lighter then the Mac Air and thinner because this has a built in DVD where as the mac is all style over substance without an optical drive
