    Grrr!!! Dell's 'Unrepeatable' Offers!!!

We had a mailshot from Dell that details their special offer on the Vostro A860 laptop - £199 ex vat & delivery....

....so, we go on to their website to order and it's £229 ex vat & delivery.....

.....we've looked and can't find the £199 offer.....

    .....grr!!!

Have passed this on to our local TS.

Is there not one of those E-Value codes on the offer that you can punch into the website? Usually that takes you directly to the offer in question.

Yes, but the argument was that there was no instruction to input the code and that casual visitors to the Dell site would only encounter the higher priced offering.
