Excellent taste witch
Most recently have seen Springsteen, Mark Knopfler, Jools Holland and Ronnie Scott's Jazz Orchestra. Thoroughly enjoyed all of them (Though for reference the acoustics in The Emirates Stadium, while great for football crowds, are rubbish for music!)
Generally anything for me, some favourite artists at the moment are:
Sigur Ros, Daft Punk, Mark Ronson, Utah Saints, Girls Aloud, The Fall Of Troy etc..
Good to see people have quite varied tastes.
Mines much the same, Im a fan of most genres: rock (modern and classic), hip hop, r&b, reggae (dub especially), drum & bass, garage, grime, punk, electro, dubstep, and pop (decent pop - not kiddies pop)
I fire up Jango - Free Music - Internet Radio that Plays What You Want! Listen to Music Online Radio Stations and select any of the artists I like and have them all day every day. All in the name of an early warning internet failure alert of cource. You can create an account and have your fave's streamed to you all day long .... and its free
I dislike Rap, Jazz, Opera and country ... But I love everything else, cant get enough of the 80's to be honest. But I like to chill to some JMJ now and then, or moon music to the staff.
another vote for planet rock here, used to listen to a dutch station called arrow (similar to the UK one with less talk) but when they stopped broadcasting on AM i had to buy a DAB radio![]()

all sorts, more older stuff than some of the modern stuff, very much enjoy a nice bit of Elton John though, and Queen.

Indie stuff, the trouble is I've been out of the loop so long I havn't heard of any of the bands any more.
Heard a band called Glas Vegas on the radio, very good.
Erm, classical and getting into opera.
I listen to radio 1 in the office as it has quote a selection of music and some of the things they do are funny. My ipod has got songs ranging from queen - girls aloud - hardcore trance - classical - hot hot heat. So all genres of music i like a bands/artists sound rather than one genre in general. Currently listening to ipod in the office turned up nicely on my 2.1 speakers with some dance music onCascada album is currently in my car but i can plug my ipod into my stereo so can have anything i want.
Ooops just had some come in and ask me turn the bass down as they can here it about 4 rooms away!! and the sub is turned down to its lowest setting!!![]()
pretty much anything apart from heavy metal and rapat the moment i've got some old rock on...again I go for a band rather than a genre and I have a very eclectic mix of cds! although bon jovi is always good in the car
have been told by someone in admin today that they think we've got a party going on as I'm in one room listening to music whilst tidying the office and the other techy is listening to something else in another room whilst preparing this years clones. oh well at least it's keeping us quiet....
If you saw me you'd make assumptions but I'm generally bored of metal these days. Mostly I hang around in scandinavian indie and chillout/lounge but I've taken a diversion into prog trance atm having discovered armin van buuren's weekly radio show 'a state of trance' and discovering there's more to trance than I previously realised.
not least this awesome track

I've pretty much stopped listening to the radio. I have 4187 songs in my iTunes library and counting.
Apparrantly I have 134 different genres and 825 different artists
I like Alternative Rock, Grunge and Britpop the most. So bands like R.E.M., Oasis, Toad The Wet Sprocket, Better Than Esra, Coldplay and Pearl Jam.
For me R.E.M. and anything Neil Finn related are the bestSpeeking of which I'm seeing his son, Liam Finn, in concert in just over a weeks time
